Rates
- Room rates are from $130 to $350 plus tax per night. Prices are for one or two
people. We serve a full breakfast each day.
- A credit card is required to reserve a room. Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, cash, and traveler's checks are accepted.
- Holidays and special events may require a minimum stay.
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Check-out is 11 am Monday through
Friday, and 11:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. Special arrangements for
late arrivals are required.
- Carriage House Inn provides a non-smoking environment.
- There are no accommodations for pets.
- Rooms are limited to two people, and all guests must be over 14 years of age.
- Most cancellations must be received by 6 PM seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. However, special events and holidays may require that you cancel up to thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival. Guests that do not cancel reservations by these dates will be charged the entire amount of their reservation. Cancellations must be made via email.

Directions
- From I-35 go west on Martin Luther King (MLK) Blvd.
- When MLK ends at Lamar, turn right.
- Go to the first light and turn right onto 24th Street.
- Go two blocks, then turn right onto Longview.
- Go one block, and turn left at 22 1/2 Street.
- Carriage House Inn is the second house on the left at 1110
W. 22 1/2 Street.
