A credit card is required to reserve a room. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and traveler's checks are accepted.

Holidays, special events, and football weekends will require a minimum stay. However, occasionally a single night will become available. Please telephone for availability.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Check-out is 11 am Monday through Friday, and 11:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. Special arrangements for late arrivals are required.

Carriage House Inn provides a non-smoking environment.

There are no accommodations for pets.

Rooms are limited to two people, and all guests must be over 14 years of age.

Most cancellations must be received by 6 PM seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. However, holidays and special events may require that cancellations be received thirty (30) days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival. All cancellations must be made by email, not by telephone.
